PASTORAL SEARCH TEAM NOTES:

8/29/21

Michael Fletcher was chosen to head up the team; Emily Fose will be responsible for taking notes at the meetings and communicating to the church what we do; Cliff McCalister will be heading up prayer coverage for the team and its meetings.

 

9/13/21

The team brainstormed questions to ask the congregation as we go into the transition period. We also discussed what kinds of information would need to go into an information packet to send to any potential candidates, then each took a portion of that to write up; we will take all of those contributions and combine them into a cohesive presentation for the candidates.


10/25/21

The search team has been working on what to include in a presentation packet for prospective candidates, and has begun writing it.
